The Knoxville-Knox County Office of Housing Stability works alongside community partners to coordinate emergency weather response for people experiencing homelessness in Knoxville and Knox County.
Our goal is to help people stay safe and connected to shelter, relief, and critical support when weather conditions pose a risk to health and safety.
