The Point in Time Count is an annual effort to estimate the number of people experiencing homelessness across Knoxville-Knox County. This information is critical to understanding the experience of all neighbors across the community. It takes place in the last 10 days of January, a time when living outside is near its harshest. Each year a successful count requires engagement from non-profit partners and a wonderful mix of community volunteers. Volunteers can support the PIT count in a number of ways, depending on your availability, skills, and interest. Fill out the form below to volunteer or learn more about how you can help.
