The Knox Housing Continuum (CoC) is the federally recognized planning body responsible for coordinating the community’s response to homelessness in Knoxville-Knox County. We bring together partners across sectors to align planning, funding, and service delivery to prevent and end homelessness.
The Continuum operates in accordance with HUD regulations and is supported by the Knoxville-Knox County Office of Housing Stability as the Lead Agency.
Vision: A community where every resident has access to safe, affordable, and stable housing.
Mission: To make homelessness rare, brief, and non-recurring through collaboration, data-driven strategies, and a client-centered approach.
